Bangladesh put up an excellent performance on the 3rd day of the 3rd T20I, finishing with a comprehensive victory to sweep the series against West Indies. Emon Parvez Hossain took the place of injured Soumya Sarkar and started out aggressively against two debutants – Jayden Seales and Romario Shepherd for West Indies.

His explosive batting included four boundaries and a six-over long on, helping Bangladesh off to their best start of the series. Despite a struggling Litton Das, who managed only 14 runs, his first double-figure score in 7 innings, Bangladesh maintained momentum.

Jaker Ali emerged as the standout performer, scoring an unbeaten 72 runs and guiding his team to a competitive total.

In reply to Bangladesh’s total, West Indies couldn’t stand tall. They failed to create any partnership and looked under pressure against Bangladesh’s bowlers.

West Indies’ batters couldn’t counter Bangladesh’s tight and disciplined bowling, which effectively restricted their total. Bangladesh’s good fielding and disciplined bowling helped them get wickets from time to time, leaving West Indies unable to make a comeback.

With this victory, Bangladesh not only secured a 3-0 series win but also showcased their growth in T20 cricket, leaving a long-lasting impact on their Caribbean tour.
